Judge Kimberly Brown of Indianapolis; Dumbo, loser

The state of Indiana presented a law license to Kimberly Brown in 1993 after she graduated from Indiana University Law School.

Kimberly has spent the majority of her so-called legal career with her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough.

In November 2000, Kimberly succeeded in duping the voters in the greater Indianapolis area into electing her as a Marion County Superior Court Judge. Since her election she has been sitting on the Criminal Division of the Court.

In August 2013, the Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications filed 45 disciplinary charges against Kim, some of which are as follows:

  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Dereliction of her judicial duties on numerous cases
  3. Failed to adequately complete necessary paperwork
  4. Delayed in releasing from jail at least nine defendants
  5. Failed to properly supervise court staff
  6. Created a hostile environment for attorneys, court staff and others
  7. Failed to rule on motions in a timely fashion
  8. Failed to preserve the integrity of the judiciary [What’s New?]
  9. Failed to act competently (Dumbo)
  10. Failed to be patient and courteous to persons coming into her court
  11. Failed to cooperate with other judges and court officials
  12. Improperly extended bench trials if not completed by 4:00 pm
  13. Made derogatory statements about court staff members
  14. Fired a staff member who complained about her unethical behavior

Shortly after the charges were filed, the Indiana Supreme Court suspended Kimberly from the bench. They punished her further by allowing her to collect an undeserved salary of $136,000, which means she’s receiving over $2,600 every week she remains on paid vacation.

All that is needed now is to see what if any punishment the Indiana Supreme Court hands out to Kimberly. If Justice were truly blind, this Certified Buffoon would be permanently benched by the Court.
