Attorney Francis Santore Jr. of Greenville, TN; bully, serial offender

 
The state of Tennessee presented Francis Xavier Santore Jr. with a law license in 1955 after he graduated from Cumberland Law School.
 
The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Francis guilty of the following misconduct.
 
Francis’ 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

 
During a hotly contested child custody visitation matter, Francis cursed at opposing counsel and then struck him in the head.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Francis by gifting him with his complimentary censure

In one matter, Francis represented a client involved in an automobile accident. After he defendant succeeded in avoiding service of the complaint for several months, Francis left a voice message on her phone advising her to accept service and to contact the attorney for the uninsured motorist.
 
Francis’ voicemail was angry and expletive-ridden, included a sham threat to have the defendant arrested, and could be construed as threatening physical harm.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Francis by gifting him with his second complimentary censure

After appearing for a trial and learning that opposing counsel was going to contest the matter, Francis became irate.
 
Francis then threw a cup of coffee across the courtroom, cursed loudly, and then left the courtroom. As he went downstairs towards the lobby, Francis pulled a handrail from the stairwell causing damage to the courthouse.
 
Subsequently, Francis was charged with vandalism and sentenced to a suspended jail sentence of 11 months.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Francis by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. January 2014), Francis practices at 121 East Depot Street in Greeneville, Tennessee.
