Attorney Charles Waldman of Memphis; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee presented Charles Edgar Waldman with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Charles guilty of the following misconduct.

Charles was found in contempt by the Arkansas Supreme Court for:
  • Engaged in conduct that he knew was unfair to opposing counsel
  • Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law
  • Engaged in conduct involving deceit, dishonesty, fraud or misrepresentation
  • Aided another in the unauthorized practice of law
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Charles by gifting him with a complimentary censure

As we speak (ca. January 2014), Charles practices at 200 Jefferson Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
