Attorney Stephen Haskell of Spokane; cheater, loser

The state of Washington presented Stephen Craig Haskell with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Stephen guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to communicate with clients
2. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
3. Committed acts of a criminal nature (mail and wire fraud)
4. Failed to explain matters to extent necessary to permit clients to make informed decisions regarding representation
5. Knowingly deceived his clients about work he performed
6. Charged a clearly unreasonable fee
7. Fraudulently billed clients for airfare and cabin rental fees

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (January 2013), Stephen practices at 222 North Wall Street in Spokane, Washington.
