Attorney Robert Baudino Jr. of Des Moines; liar
The state of Iowa presented Robert J. Baudino Jr. with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Drake University Law School.
The Iowa Supreme Court Disciplinary Board found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.
Over a three year period of time, Bobby failed to timely file his income tax returns.
Making matters worse, Bobby knowingly lied on his annual client security questionnaire that he had in fact filed his returns in a timely fashion.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. January 2014), Bobby practices with the Baudino Law Group PLC at 2600 Grand Avenue in Des Moines, Iowa.
