The state of Texas presented Mark Anthony Davis with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from South Texas Law School.
 
The District 11 Grievance Committee found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to refund unearned fees (crook)
  • Failed to respond to grievance (Up Yours, said Mark!)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished by gifting Mark with a complimentary reprimand
 
As we speak (ca. December 2013) Mark practices at 121 East Constitution Street in Victoria, Texas.
