Judge Ronald Kreber of Santa Ana, CA; lifetime porker, Moron  The state of California presented Ronald Patrick Kreber with a law license in 1972.
Former Gov. George Deukmejian was duped into appointing Ronnie to the South Orange County Municipal Court in 1990. Ronnie didn’t receive his appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Orange County area. He received it because he had proved to be a reliable lackey by the local political hacks.
Over the past fifty (50) years (ca. 1963-2013) Ronnie has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough. He was employed as an LA Police officer and a Deputy Orange County DA prior to ascending to the bench.
Judge Kreber previously presided over the divorce case of former home building executive James E. Lockington who lost 99% of his $14,500 monthly income, short sold his house to prevent foreclosure, loaded up his credit cards with debt and then moved into his sister’s house to ovoid becoming homeless.
Due to Lockington’s situation as aforementioned, his monthly income fell to $300. However, despite this fact, Judge Kreber refused to modify his court-ordered $2,074 monthly child support payments to his ex-wife, Tricia, whose monthly income exceeded $7,500.
Tricia had the chutzpah to tell Judge Kreber that her ex-husband should get multiple jobs at places like Starbucks or Target in order to continue to pay her over $2,000 a month.
Subsequently, Judge Kreber acknowledged the dire financial condition of Mr. Lockington, but stated that he thought “the children are entitled to the same life style that they had before.”
Kreber then had the audacity to tell Mr. Lockington to get a job at Starbuck’s and that he didn’t care that he was unsuccessful in attempting to obtain another high-paying job.
Kreber the Moron then said he didn’t think it would be “right” to calculate into the child support equation the fact that Lockington had lost his income.
When Judge Kreber’s asinine and punitive ruling (Is there another kind?) was presented to the Court of Appeals, the Court reversed his ruling by stating it was “an abuse of discretion” and that the Moron relied on an “erroneous” understanding of the law.
The Court of Appeals went on to say in its ruling:
Unfortunately for the over taxed taxpayers of California, they had to incur tens of thousands of dollars in order to have the Court of Appeals basically state the Judge Kreber is a Certified Moron.
As we speak (ca. December 2013) Ronnie continues to sit as an Orange County Superior Court Judge in Santa Ana, California.
