Judge Jennifer Henry of Las Vegas, NV; moronic bully

The state of Nevada provided Jennifer L. Henry with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Law.

The Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline has charged Jenny with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to promote confidence in the judiciary
• Knowingly and/or ignorantly violated the due process of a defendant by attempting to force him to answer questions that may have tended to incriminate him despite her attorney objecting to the line of questioning
• Failed to uphold and apply the law
• Failed to perform judicial duties competently (moron)
• Failed to be patient, dignified and courteous to persons appearing in her so-called court
• Knowingly abused her judicial authority
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to apply the law fairly and impartially
• Denied a lawyer’s constitutional right to be heard (due process)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is recommended by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline and then if any actual punishment is meted out by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Jenny continues to sit as a Hearing Master for the 8^th Judicial District Court, Family Division, County of Clark at 601 North Pecos Road in Las Vegas, Nevada.
