This isn’t the first Award presented to Joey. In the past, he has been the recipient of one Moron Award and one article dealing with Arizona Public Official Misfits, both of which can be viewed by visiting the categories listed at the end of this article.
In an ongoing effort to prove that he’s one of America’s Premier Lunatics, Joey recently (11/11/13) issued a threat in regards to any unpatriotic inmates that end up in his so-called jail in Phoenix.
The Loon found it acceptable to spend taxpayer funds to place a sticker of an American flag in each jail cell. Loony Joey ordered that any inmate who allegedly vandalizes the flag sticker will be punished with a restricted diet.
In addition, Joey ordered the playing of God Bless the Loons, I’m sorry I mean God Bless America and the National Anthem daily in every jail in the county over the public address system. The Loon further ordered that regardless of an inmate’s national origin, they had to listen to and sing-a-long.
Apparently, Joey is too ignorant to understand the meaning of the First Amendment in that he can’t constitutionally force anyone to sing-a-long while the National Anthem is played or God Bless America.
Congrats Joey; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Lunatics”; you are far too humble
