The state of Virginia presented Kevin Eugene Smith with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.
 
The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to act comply with rules governing scope of representation
  • Failed to safeguard client property
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. November 2013), Kevin practices in the Culpeper, Virginia area.
