The state of Virginia presented John Patrick Bond with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of California (USC) Law School.
 
The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to communicate with client
  4. Failed to act fairly to opposing part and counsel
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. November 2013), Johnny practices in the Fairfax, Virginia area.
