Attorney Robert Dwoskin of Charlottesville VA; repeat offender

The state of Virginia presented Robert P. Dwoskin with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with due diligence
  2. Failed to communicate with client
  3. Charged or collected excessive fee
  4. Engaged in unfair conduct aimed at opposing party and counsel
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bobby’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As we speak (ca. November 2013), Bobby practices at 204 East High Street in Charlottesville, Virginia.
