Former Judge Chen Xueming of Shanghai; pervert

At the time of his misconduct, Judge Xueming was the chief judge of the No. 1 Civil Tribunal of Shanghai High People’s Court.

A disgruntled businessman compiled videos from security cameras and from footage he shot while trailing Judge Xueming. He then posted the videos so as to seek justice for what he felt were unfair rulings by the judge in a commercial lawsuit.

The videos were viewed by at least 4.5 million people on Youku, which is China’s version of YouTube. The images show middle-age men in open-neck white shirts, accompanied by young women in short skirts in hotel corridors, and outside the Diamond No. 1 nightclub. The images tapped into the public’s widespread anger at corruption and excessive spending by Communist party officials.

The Shanghai Communist Party’s Discipline Inspection Committee said that Judge Xueming was dismissed after he had “participated in prostitution” during an evening organized by a construction company manager.

As a consequence of his misconduct, Judge Xueming was dismissed as a member of the Communist Party and removed from his judicial position.

As we speak (ca. November 2013), an unreliable source indicated that Judge Minghua is employed as a bartender at the Chocolate Night Club at 19 Ritan Bei Lu in Beijing, China.
