Attorney David Gold of Memphis: lying convict

The state of Tennessee presented David Alan Gold with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found David Guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, David pleaded guilty in Nashville as an accessory after the fact to especially aggravated robbery. It was officially reported that David coached a witness to lie to protect a client accused of robbery.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2013), David practices with The Gold Law Firm at 25 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
