The state of Virginia presented Richard Waters Davis Jr. with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.
 
The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Richard guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest re: prohibited transactions
  • Engaged in misconduct regarding bar admission and disciplinary matters
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Richard by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. October 2013), Richard practices with Davis, Davis & Davis, P.C. in Radford, Virginia.
