This isn’t the first Award presented to Johnny. In fact, in the past, he has been the recipient of twelve (12) Awards in various categories and/or the subject of one (1) Lament. Those awards and lament are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

In an ongoing effort to prove that he is the most incompetent Speaker of the House in the history of the U.S. of A., Johnny decided to spew forth a total lie in regards to the ongoing government shutdown, which he is personally responsible for.

During an interview (10/6/13) with ABC’s “This Week,” Johnny falsely claimed that there were not enough votes in the House to pass a continuing resolution to fund the government without a provision for defunding or delaying the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).

The Liar specifically said:

“There are not votes in the House to pass a clean CR.”

With 435 congressional seats, 218 votes would be required to pass a clean CR. There are 200 Democrats in the house that would surely vote for a clean CR. Therefore, all that is needed is for 18 republicans to join the democrats.

Over the past few days, over 20 republicans have announced to the media that they would vote for a clean CR. Therefore, Johnny’s statement that the votes don’t exit to pass a clean CR is a monumental lie.

Congrats Johnny; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Accomplished “Liars”; you are far too humble.
