Attorney Gustavo Toledo of Mesa; ethical leprechaun
The state of Arizona presented Gustavo Toledo with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Arizona State University of Arizona Law School.
The Arizona State Bar found Gustavo guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to consult with client to afford client to make informed decisions re: representation

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

Misconduct involved vulnerable victims

Failed to cooperate with State Bar investigators (Up Yours, said Gustavo!)

Failed to return client files to client after being discharged

Misconduct involved multiple offenses

Faield to keep clients informed as to status of legal matters

Engaged in criminal conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Failed to safeguard client property
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Gustavo by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. September 2013) Gustavo practices at 57 North Alma School Road in Mesa, Arizona.
