Attorney Mark D. Sullivan of Longmeadow, MA; ethical misfit

The state of Massachusetts presented Mark D. Sullivan with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Case Western Reserve University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Mark guilty of the following misconduct

1. Failed to explain necessary facts to client
2. Knowingly violated the terms of a loan agreement
3. Failed to maintain required trust account records
4. Failed to perform required reconciliations of client trust accounts
5. Improperly made cash withdrawals from trust account
6. Trust account records were not in compliance with the rules

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2013) Mark practices at 785 Williams Street in Longmeadow, Massachusetts.
