On August 22, 2013, The VoiceofOC.org, a nonprofit news agency in Orange County broke a story that Carl masturbated in the San Diego City Council men’s room.
The story by Rex Dalton, a former San Diego Union-Tribune reporter, said there never has been a public accounting, until the story by The Voice appeared of Carl allegedly leaving “the San Diego City Council dais during meetings to masturbate in a men’s room – events known by elected officials and suspected by members of the media.”
Shortly before the November 2012 mayoral election, Ben Hueso, San Diego City Council president in 2009, told reporter Dalton that he witnessed Carl masturbating twice and suspected it took place more frequently.
When Mr. Hueso caught Carl with his pants down masturbating in a urinal, he said “I’m sorry, “I’m sorry” six times.
How appropriate would it be for Carl the Perv to replace Bob the Perv as San Diego’s next Mayor. In truth, if the voters so acted, they would merely be replacing one celebrated jack-off with another one.
Congrats Carl; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Perverts”; you are far too humble.
