Attorney Janis Dyer of Seattle; ethical dwarf The state of Washington presented Janis Marie Dyer with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Tulane University Law School.
The Washington State Bar found Janis guilty of the following misconduct.
Janis found it to be acceptable to refuse to surrender a client’s papers and property to the client’s new attorney after she was discharged.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Janis by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Janis practices at 503 12th Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
