The Washington State Bar found Adolfo guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Adolfo failed to act with due diligence in representing a client. In addition, Adolfo filed to appear for court scheduled pre-trial hearings on numerous occasions.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Adolfo by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Adolfo practices with the Banda Law Offices at 402 West Nob Hill Blvd in Yakima, Washington.
