Attorney A.E. Bud Bailey of Vancouver, WA; repeat offender

 
The state of Washington presented A.E. Bud Bailey with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Lewis & Clark Univesity Law School.
 
The Washington State Bar found Bud guilty of the following misconduct.
 
Bud’s misconduct arose while he was practicing in Oregon, wherein he:
  • Failed to communicate with a client
  • Failed to abide by a client’s decision regarding the representation
  • Failed to review a settlement offer with his client
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Bud’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Bud by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Bud practices with Bailey Pinney & Associates at 2401 SE 161st Court in Vancouver, Washington.
