Attorney Sandra Ferguson of Seattle; ethical misfit

 
The state of Washington presented Sandra L. Ferguson with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University of California Law School.
 
The Washington State Bar found Sandra guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to disclose relevant facts to trial court
  • Appearing ex parte without proper notice to opposing party
  • Obtained an ex parte court order through deception
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Sandra by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Sandra practices with The Ferguson Law Firm PLLC at 2211 Elliott Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
