Attorney Anthony Castelda of Tonasket, WA; ethical dwarf The state of Washington presented Anthony Rocco Castelda with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.
The Washington State Bar found Anthony guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Anthony engaging in a conflict of interest involving more than one client. Making matters worse, Anthony never obtain written consent from a client to engage in said conflict of interest.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Anthony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Anthony continues to practice in the Tonasket, Washington area.
