Attorney Bernice Delorme of Rapid City, SD; ethical misfit
The state of Washington presented Bernice Cecelia Delorme with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from the University of New Mexico.
The South Dakota State Bar found Bernice guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Bernice failed to properly consult with two of her clients (victims) as to any limitations as to the scope of her legal representation of them.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Dakota Supreme Court punished Bernice by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Bernice practices at 4831 Homestead Street in Rapid City, South Dakota.
