The state of Pennsylvania presented Melvin L. Carter with a law license in 1988
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found John guilty of the following misconduct
Melvin was convicted of insurance fraud and for filing false reports to law enforcement.
As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Melvin by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. August 2013) Melvin practices with Melvin L. Carter & Associates at 3700 Gateway Drive in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
