Attorney Mary Dunn of Casper, WY; Dumbo The state of Wyoming presented Mary M. Dunn with a law license in 2001
The Disciplinary Board found Mary guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Mary represented a client (victim) injured in an auto accident, which included preparing a governmental claims act notice and a civil lawsuit. However, the Dumbo failed to prepare and file those documents and also failed to do anything to perverse the client’s lawful claims.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Mary practices at 100 North Center Street in Casper, Wyoming.
