Attorney Anthony Shusta II of Madison, ME; ethical dwarf

 
The state of Maine presented Anthony P. Shusta II with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Maine Law School.
 
The Maine Grievance Commission found Anthony guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  2. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  3. Improperly charged a non-refundable retainer
  4. Failed to return money to client
  5. Pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the grievance panel punished Anthony by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 
 
As we speak (ca. August 2013) Anthony practices with the Law Offices of Anthony Shusta in Madison, Maine.
