Attorney Ronald Griggs of El Dorado, AR; repeat offender

The state of Arkansas presented Ronald Lynn Griggs with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Ronald guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ronald represented Jill Arrington in a divorce matter. Subsequently, Ronald served a subpoena duces tecum to produce documents on the former employer of Jill’s husband, William Jason Arrington. However, Ronald never provided Mr. Arrington with any notice regarding the service of the subpoena, which was required by the applicable court rules.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Ronald’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Ronald previously received a complimentary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Ronald by gifting him with another complimentary caution

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Ronald practices at 431 North Washington in El Dorado, Arkansas.
