Attorney Andrew Clark, Sr. of Little Rock; serial offender

The state of Arkansas presented Andrew L. Clark, Sr. with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Andrew guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to provide competent legal representation (Dufus)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to file timely notice of appeal on behalf of client (victim)
  • Failed to inform client of recent court decision
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Andrew’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Andrew’s prior misconduct is set forth below.
  1. June 1983 – Received complimentary reprimand
  2. August 1995 – Received complimentary reprimand
  3. December 1995 – Received complimentary reprimand
  4. May 1998 – Received complimentary reprimand
  5. May 1999 – Received complimentary caution
  6. April 2006 – Received complimentary caution
As a consequence of his misconduct, Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Andrew by gifting him with a fifth (5th) complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Andrew practices at 620 West 3rd Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.
