Judge Aida Salinas Flores of Edinburg; scofflaw; moron, ethical gnome

Unfortunately, Judge Aida Salinas Flores sits on the 398th District Court in Edinburg, Texas.

Texas Election laws prohibit the use of campaign funds for personal use. Put simply, campaign funds can only be spent on official officeholder duties and/or for legitimate campaign purposes.

As you'll see below, Judge Aida Salinas Flores has engaged in serial violations of these rules.

Judge Aida Salinas Flores consistency re: campaign expenses

On four (4) occasions in 2004, Judge Aida Salinas Flores would have us believe that she incurred campaign expenses of exactly $12,500 as shown below.
  • 20040630, 12500.00, Reimbursement for 1994 election
  • 20040717, 12500.00,1998 Campaign reimbursement

  • 20000207, 200.00, Reimbursement - Campaign expense
  • 20060304, 300.00, Election Day campaign expenses
Judge Aida Flores would also have us believe that when she bought a hard drive for a computer it costs exactly $100, as did a purchase of meat for campaign workers as set forth below.
  • 20000103, 100.00, Hard drive for Computer
  • 20040127, 50.00, Meat for campaign workers
Conclusion

This ol’ Dawg was in business in Toledo, Ohio for many, many years and I can’t recall ever incurring expenses that came out to “exact dollar amounts” as Judge Aida Flores would have us believe.

It would be impossible for anyone to incur expenses in an exact dollar amount on at least thirty two (32) occasions. Such a claim doesn’t pass the involuntary laugh test.

I’m confident that if someone actually reviewed every expense that Judge Aida Flores claims she incurred against the reimbursements she received as set forth above that they may well discover that something is awry.

And lastly, I recall in the past that when asked how she was able to keep such a nice girlie figure when she was in her seventies, May West said she attributed to the “consistency” she experienced by having a daily bowel movement with the assistance of ingesting X-Lax each day.

May West may have had a reasonable explanation for “consistency” regarding said issue; however, we can be pretty sure that Judge Aida Flores is feeding us a line of crap in claiming the consistency alluded to above.
