Attorney Craig Lindley of Queensland, AUS; ethical goblin Craig Anthony Lindley was presented with a law license in 2004.
The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Jerome guilty of the following misconduct.
Craig found it acceptable to profit from work done in the course of his employment by taking a fee which he absolutely knew should have been rendered and paid to his employer.
Craig directed a client of the firm he was employed by to make payment of legal fees into Craig’s personal bank account. Craig then created an invoice purporting to be from the employer that included a state of facts setting out the particulars of the legal fees.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. August 2013), Craig continues to practice in the Queensland, Australia area.
