The state of Ohio presented Daniel Scott White with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School located in Cleveland, Ohio.
 
The Akron Bar Association found Daniel guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent legal representation (Dumbo)
  2. Failed to provide proper account of fees charged to client
  3. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  4. Failed to deposit fees and expenses paid in advance in her trust account
  5. Failed to provide client with written fee agreement as required
  6. Failed to advise client of scope and nature of representation
  7. Failed to promptly deliver funds or property to client
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Daniel by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
