Attorney Thomas Hood of Plainfield, NJ; disgusting pervert

 
The state of New Jersey presented Thomas E. Hood with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.
 
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Thomas guilty of the following misconduct.
 
Tommy the Perv, found it acceptable too:
  • Touch a female client’s breast on at least two occasions
  • Paid the client to take a picture of her partially naked
  • Had the client masturbate him
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Thomas by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
Because Attorney Misfits in New Jersey are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Tommy was never criminally charged for sexual misconduct.
 
As we speak (ca. August 2013) Thomas practices with the Thomas E. Hood Law Offices at 139 East 7th Street in Plainfield, New Jersey.
