Attorney Haynes Brinson of Kissimmee, FL; moronic loser

The state of Florida presented Haynes Edward Brinson with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Stetson University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Haynes guilty of the following misconduct.

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

In one matter, Haynes represented a resident of the United Kingdom, Eric Andrew, in the collection of $10,000 held in escrow with Executive Title and Escrow Agency regarding the unsuccessful sale of rental property Mr. Andrew owned in Kissimmee, Florida.
  1. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to adequately communicate with client
  4. Failed to respond to numerous phone calls from client
  5. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Haynes!)
  6. Failed to comply with numerous court orders
  7. Failed to properly prosecute an appeal on client’s behalf
  8. Failed to pay $2,500 court imposed sanction for disobeying repeated court orders
  9. Client’s appeal dismissed due to Hayne’s failure to comply with court orders
  10. Knowingly violated court rules by filing frivolous appeal of Clerk’s certificate of sale
  11. Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  12. Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client’s interest after being fired
  13. Failed to promptly return client files to client after being fired
  14. Failed to refund any advance fee or expense that he had not earned or incurred
  15. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits in Florida sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Haynes by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Haynes practices with Brinson & Brinson at 28 North John Young Parkway in Kissimmee, Florida.
