South Carolina AG Alan Wilson (R): Today’s “Bullshit” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

South Carolina AG Alan Wilson (R)
Today’s “Bullshit” Award Winner

The state of South Carolina presented Alan Wilson with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School. This is where Alan learned how to speak untruths with a straight face.

In November 2010 Alan duped the voters of South Carolina into electing him as Attorney General.

Alan is another good Ol’ White Boy that is willing to do anything to suppress the voter of African-Americans, Latinos and anyone else that would dare vote for a Democrat.

While appearing on the Fox News Comedy Hour in Jan 2012 in support of his sham claims of voter fraud, Alan said:

  • “We found out that there were over 900 people who died and then subsequently voted. That number could be even higher than that.
  • “Without Photo ID, let’s be clear, I don’t want dead people voting in the state of South Carolina.”
  • “We know for a fact that there are deceased people [wink, wink] whose identities are being used in elections in South Carolina.”

Based on Alan’s hyperbolic (BS) statements and those of others regard alleged voter fraud, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) conducted in in-depth investigation, which was completed in May 2012; however, it was only released for public view after Core Hutchins of the Columbia Free Times obtained one pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act.

The investigation proved that Alan’s claim of 953 votes by dead people did not involve one (1) election but seventy (74) elections over seven (7) years. SLED’s investigation revolved around 207 votes that were allegedly made by dead people in the Nov 2010 election wherein almost 1.4 million votes were cast.

SLED’s report found that the so-called votes by dead people were actually the result of clerical errors or mistaken identities.

As one would suspect, Alan and his cadre of lackeys at the Attorney General’s Office, did what they could to keep the report from becoming public. And of course he did so because the report proved he was a Lying Bullshitter.

Congrats Mike; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Admired “Bullshitters”; you are far too humble.
