Attorney Gerald Bolfing of Waco; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Gerald L. Bolfing with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Baylor University Law College.

A panel of the District 8 Grievance Committee found Gerald guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to file lawsuit on client’s behalf
  2. Failed to keep client informed about status of case
  3. Failed to respond to client’s request for information
  4. Failed to provide competent representation (Dufus)
  5. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigation (Up Yours, said Gerald!)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Gerald by gifting him with a complimentary fully probated 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gerald.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Gerald practices at 1012 Saddle Creek Road in Waco, Texas.
