Attorney Susan Widenbaum of Westland, MI; ethical misfit

The state of Michigan provided Susan F. Widenbaum with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Michigan State University Law School.

Tri-County Hearing Panel #17 found Susan guilty of the following misconduct.

In three separate matters, Susan knowingly violated the rules when she failed to deposit legal fees and expenses paid in advance by her clients into client trust accounts.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Susan by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Susan practices with the Law Offices of Susan F. Widenbaum PC at 33124 Warren Road in Westland, Michigan.
