Attorney Dennis Stutsman of Lexington, KY; incompetent loser 
The state of Kentucky presented Dennis Michael Stutsman with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.
The Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) found Dennis guilty of the following misconduct.
Dennis was formerly employed as a supervisor in the Criminal Appeals Division of the Department of Public Advocacy.
In one matter, the Kentucky Court of Appeals found Dennis in contempt of court in three cases for failing to comply with previous court orders and for failing to timely filed a brief for his client in each case.
The court further made reference to six (6) other cases in which Dennis disregarded procedural steps in the appellate process and repeatedly missed deadlines, motions, and response to show cause orders.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Dennis by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. July 2013) Dennis practices at 633 Beaumont Avenue in Lexington, Kentucky.
