The state of Texas presented Thomas H. Johnson with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock Law School.
 
The 10th District Court of Galveston found Thomas guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
  2. Failed to respond to client requests for information
  3. Failed to timely respond to ethics investigator (Up Yours, said Tommy!)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Thomas by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. June 2013) Thomas practices at 410 Hickory Street in Texarkana, Arkansas.
