Attorney William Agrait of Newark, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented William Enrique Agrait with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found William guilty of misconduct.

William found it acceptable to engage in a conflict of interest by representing both the buyer and seller in a real estate transaction without making full disclosure and obtaining the required waivers from both parties.

Making matters worse, William subsequently represented the seller in a lawsuit instituted against the seller by the buyer.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t William’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary a complimentary reprimand and a complimentary admonishment from the comedians sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2013) William practices at 275 Clifton Avenue in Newark, New Jersey.
