A disciplinary hearing panel found Benjamin guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Benjamin failed to provide competent representation (moron) to a client by failing to include an interested heir in probate and wrongful death proceedings
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Benjamin by gifting him with a complimentary two-year period of probation.
