Attorney Glenna Overton of Knoxville; ethical dwarf
The state of Tennessee provided Glenna Walker Overton with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.
The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Glenna guilty o
f the following misconduct.
In one matter Glenna failed to properly administer a trust and failed to communicate with the trust beneficiaries. Making matters worse, Glenna refused for two years to step down as trustee, which was detrimental to the beneficiaries.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Glenna by gifting her with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. May) Glenna practices at 9111 Cross Park Drive in Knoxville, Tennessee.
