Attorney Jerry Ross of Kingsport, TN; ethical goblin

The state of Tennessee provided Jerry Todd Ross with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Appalachian State University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jerry failed to communicate with a client (victim) and failed to provide diligent representation (slacker) in a termination of parental rights and adoption proceeding.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April) Jerry practices at 255 Broad Street in Kingsport, Tennessee.
