In May and June of 2006, Judge Lamar McCorkle spent $7,772.24 in campaign funds for enhancements made to the courthouse in Houston as set forth below.
It would be frivolous to the nth degree for Judge Lamar McCorkle to argue that these expenditures had any relationship to his official judicial duties. There can be no doubt it had nothing to do with legitimate campaign activity.
