Attorney Valerie Corder of Memphis; ethical misfit

The state of Tennessee provided Valerie Tronolone Corder with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Valerie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Valerie failed to promptly withdraw after he client testified falsely (perjury) during a deposition. At a subsequent court hearing, Valerie failed to correct her client’s false testimony by alerting the court and/or opposing counsel.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Valerie by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. May) Valerie practices at 119 South Main Street in Memphis, Tennessee.
