Attorney Allen H. Isaac of Valley Stream, NY: dirty old man

The state of New York provided Allen Harold Isaac with a law license in 1958 after he graduated from Brooklyn Law School.
In 2010 the Disciplinary Committee for the 1st Judicial Department found Allen guilty of a variety of misconduct, some of which is set forth below.
  1. Allen was charged with asking a female client for oral sex in regards to representing her as trial counsel.
  2. Allen boasted to the female client he was able to influence Appellate Division Judges
  3. Allen called an unnamed 1st Department judge a “prick”
  4. He inappropriately touched his legal secretary
  5. Made suggestive comments to his legal secretary
At the time Allen engaged in sexual misconduct with his secretary and an unnamed female client his was 76-years-old. Kind of gives a new meaning to “dirty old man.”
The Referee, who conducted the disciplinary investigation, recommended that Allen receive a two-year suspension of his law license. However, the panel ignored the Referee’s findings and recommended that Allen’s law license be suspended for five (5) years.
As a consequence of his  Allen’s law license be suspended for five (5) years, and instead gifted the Perv with a six (6) month suspension of his law license.
This non-punishment is just another fine example of why most New Yorkers have total contempt for the manner in which Attorney Misfits are disciplined.
As we speak (ca. May 2012) Allen practices law at 854 Oak Lane in Valley Stream, New York.
