Attorney Allen H. Isaac of Valley Stream, NY: dirty old man
The state of New York provided Allen Harold Isaac with a law license in 1958 after he graduated from Brooklyn Law School.
In 2010 the Disciplinary Committee for the 1st Judicial Department found Allen guilty of a variety of misconduct, some of which is set forth below.
At the time Allen engaged in sexual misconduct with his secretary and an unnamed female client his was 76-years-old. Kind of gives a new meaning to “dirty old man.”
The Referee, who conducted the disciplinary investigation, recommended that Allen receive a two-year suspension of his law license. However, the panel ignored the Referee’s findings and recommended that Allen’s law license be suspended for five (5) years.
As a consequence of his Allen’s law license be suspended for five (5) years, and instead gifted the Perv with a six (6) month suspension of his law license.
This non-punishment is just another fine example of why most New Yorkers have total contempt for the manner in which Attorney Misfits are disciplined.
