Attorney Lynn Pearlstein of Scottsdale, AZ; pervert

The state of Arizona provided Lynn M. Pearlstein with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Lynn guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  2. Engaged in a conflict of interest
  3. Failed to comply with client request for information
  4. Failed to provide client with full accounting when asked
  5. Failed to properly supervise non-attorney staff
  6. Failed to maintain complete records of funds coming into his possession
  7. Failed to promptly refund unearned fees (cheater)
  8. Failed to furnish requested information to State Bar investigators as required
  9. Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty
In one matter, Lynn subjected a client to unwelcome commentary of a sexual nature. It is rumored that he discounted his hourly fee while engaging in this perverted conduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Lynn by gifting him with another complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2012) Lynn practices with Pearlstein Law Office PLLC at 4835 East Cactus Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.
