The state of Arizona presented Robert T. Neville with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.
The Arizona State Bar found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Robert entered into a real estate transaction with one of his clients without making full disclosure of their adverse interest.
Robert failed to obtain knowing and voluntary consent from his client before accepting employment from a new client whose interests were or may have been adverse to those of another client.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. May 2013) Robert practices at 2109 East Huron Court in Gilbert, Arizona.
