Attorney Susan Dill of Kansas City, MO; ethical misfit

The state of California provided Joseph Truman Vodnoy with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from St. Louis University Law College.

The State Bar Court found Susan guilty of the following misconduct in regards to a complimentary reprimand from the Missouri Supreme Court for three (3) acts of misconduct.
  1. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  2. Failed to promptly disburse client funds to client
  3. Failed to provide client with a written settlement agreement as required
  4. Failed to give the client an accounting
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Susan by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2013) Susan practices at 818 Grand Blvd in Kansas City, Missouri.
